The Studio is designed to import only the content you choose, preserve it only when you add it to a project, and make it clear how to remove account connections or request help with deletion.
YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram connect only when you authorize them in Content Intake. Google Drive will offer the same read-only, selected-document control after Google completes its review; OneDrive will open after its Microsoft authorization is configured. Disconnecting a connected account removes the Studio's access and selected source text from your saved Studio projects. You can also remove Google access in Google Security settings.
Audio you submit for transcription is temporary and removed after transcription finishes or fails. For an original MP4, MPEG, or WebM video, the video stays in your browser while the Studio creates a compact temporary audio track for transcription. Optional on-screen-text extraction samples up to 12 frames; those frames are not retained as project files.
Captions, post text, transcripts, and reviewable on-screen text become project content only after you select or approve them. Unfinished projects can be permanently deleted from Project Library with their saved source text.
For a completed project or an account-level deletion request, email us from the address used for your Studio account. Include the project title when applicable. We verify the request before handling it to protect your work.
Request deletion
